We offer 3 days hassle-free returns & exchange from the date of delivery and a further 5-7 days for the returned product(s) to reach us. Return of Some products is only possible if the customer recieves a damaged or wrong product.
We also offer reverse pick-up services. A reverse shipment fee of Rs 100 will be deducted at the time of refund per order, regardless of the number of items within that order.
Pick-up will be attempted once. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment (Reverse Pick Up is subject to the availability of the service in your area pin code.) You will have to send the shipment back to the company address with the tracking ID sent to us on support@smartbazzar.in with the same email. (Read – Self Shipping of orders for returns)
Please return your product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped. If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn or used a refund or return would not be initiated.
Kindly allow 15 days for the return to be processed and the amount to get reflected in your bank account.

Upon receipt of the returned item, the exchange process will be completed within a time frame of 5 to 10 business days.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND
Refunds and cancellations are not available for any orders. (ie) If a return is initiated, the customer will receive the refunded amount in the form of store credit.
We retain the right to decline a exchange if:
(1) the product/s are exchanged after use (2) the products are damaged
10. If you have received a defective product, share images & Unboxing Video at support@smartbazzar.in and we will get back to you within 24 hours, Exchange can be done on the same product or a different product.
Note-
Products purchased under a deal price, special offer, or using an affiliate link are not eligible for exchange/return. Please ensure you check the size chart and product details carefully before making your purchase. Perishable and Customized products are not eligible for return too. Undergarments & Accessories like phone covers, embroidery patches, tote bags, caps, pillow covers, posters etc are not eligible for exchange/return. But you will be eligible for full refund if you get a wrong/damaged product.(you have to share unboxing video and images with us).
Please note that exchanges are dependent on availability, and we cannot guarantee the availability of the size you require. If the size you need is not available, we will issue you a store credit. The store credit is valid till 27 Days from the date of issue.
SELF-SHIPPING OF ORDERS FOR RETURNS:
In case your pincode is non-serviceable for a reverse pick up, you’ll have to courier the product(s) to our address: (Address will be Provided through Mail / Whatsapp)
Please ensure the items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit and the ORDER ID and registered mobile number is mentioned on the packaging. All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact. Within 48 hours of receiving the product(s), the complete amount will be refunded to the customer.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Upon return of the product, we will fully examine it and notify the customer of their right to a refund (if any) via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We aim to process the refund as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 working days from the day, we confirmed to the customer via e-mail that they are entitled to a refund.
Bank account details provided by the customer would be final and any error in the details provided by the customer would not be the responsibility of the brand.

The customer will be under an obligation to take utmost care of the product(s) whilst the products are in their possession. This includes all of the product(s) instructions, documents and wrappings while returning the product(s) in the same condition as received.
In circumstances where the customer feels that the product does not conform to the standards at the time of delivery, they shall promptly contact us via dropping an email on support@smartbazzar.in or on Whatsapp: +91 8987140049 with details of the product and its damage within 1 day of receiving the products; whereon, the customer will receive instructions from us.
